City Barbeque’s back-of-house positions include:
  • Prep Cook.
  • Boards (our barbeque term for the meat carver).
  • Pits (working the smokers).
  • Dish Washer.

City Barbeque’s FOH positions include:
  • Cashier and Counter Server.
  • Expeditor.
  • Call in order coordinator.
  • Guest Services Ambassador.

TO PROMOTE GOOD TEAMWORK, DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
  • Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately).
  • Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines.
  • Work in collaboration to prepare to take out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with the prep cook appropriately.
  • Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
  • Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
